Mechanism ~ High-Tech, Heavy Duty!

Instant Bedrooms Manufacturing is the Exclusive Distributr of the Easi-Lift mechanism for North and South America as well as all the other countries of the Pacific Rim. Originally designed for high volume use in the demanding European commercial market, the Easi-Lift mechanism is tested according to the International Codes ISO/DIS 10 131-1 and ISO/DIS 10 131-2. These tests include a series of 10, 000 consecutive uses - up and down - which corresponds to almost 30 years of daily use. The Easi-Lift mechanism is regularly submitted to these tests at the factory to ensure perfect reliability, safety and ease of use. It is a durable, extremely safe mechanism with exceptional balance, ease of use and precise control. The simple, smooth and quiet opening and closing operation can literally be accomplished with one finger! It is offered on Twin, Full, Queen, King and Side Mount units, all with our Lifetime Warranty.

Adjustable Tensioning

The tension can be adjusted on all our units to compensate for varying weight load. The mattress size, bedframe size, the weight of the various construction materials and additional accessories such as a fold down table can all be compensated for by our infinitely adjustable mechanism.

Automatic Leg Assembly

(Optional)With this feature the legs automatically retract as the bed closes and similarly unfold as the cabinet is opened. There is no need to worry about guests forgetting to put the legs down and dropping the bed on the floor.

European Slat Support

Our innovative 5 ply Beechwood slat system acts as a replacement for the conventional box spring. This eliminates a considerable amount of weight from the bed, requires much less space and still provides all the comfort, durability and support of a box spring/mattress combination.

Durability

Our Easi-Lift mechanisms have been rigorously tested for the equivalence of 30 years daily use. This 10,000 cycle test, (10,000 opening and closing operations), is in accordance with the highest European Standard Code: EN 1129. The results showed no faults and virtually no wear.

Lifetime Warranty

Instant Bedrooms Manufacturing warrants against all manufacturing defects. Defective items will be repaired or replaced as deemed necessary by Instant Bedrooms Manufacturing Inc. This Limited Lifetime Warranty on manufacturer's defects does not cover misuse, abuse or damage resulting from improper installation.
