Absolutely! Instant Bedrooms allows for customer input in the initial stages of your project's development.

Does Instant Bedrooms do in-home or on-site measurements or design?

Our sales people are more than happy to assist in providing the best possible solution for your requirements.

Does Instant Bedrooms use a standard mattress?

Yes, you can use a mattress of your own, as long as it is no thicker than 9". Please contact your mattress supplier to ensure it is suitable for use with a slat system.

Are all wallbed units installed by your tradespeople or may the customer perform the installation?

We recommend that our units are installed by certified company installers or company certified tradespersons. Our lifetime warranty does not cover use, abuse or damage resulting from improper installation.

Are the wallbed units permanent fixtures?

No. The wallbeds are simply attached to the studs in your wall and are removable.

What is the usual period of time required to complete an order once it is placed?

Due to the high demand for our products, the time of delivery would be approximately 4-6 weeks.

What is the Instant Bedrooms policy regarding a payment schedule?

Instant Bedrooms requires a 1/2 deposit to start your order and balance on completion. All out of town and delivery orders must be paid prior to delivery.

What type of guarantee comes with an Instant Bedrooms wallbed?

All products are warranted against any manufacturing or material defects. Wallbed mechanisms are covered by a Lifetime warranty. Items will be repaired or replaced as deemed necessary by Instant Bedrooms Manufacturing Inc.
